General Healthcare produces the research DEXA scanner (Lunar Prodigy Advance), that the Research Department of Orthopaedic Surgery bought in 2005 jointly with Department of Medicine, Aarhus Hospital. The scanner was bought with grants from the A.P. Møller Foundation. Pat Ploc and Peter Deman will be of assistance regarding problems with the scanner's software and analyses and help adapt the software to new requirements.
